Chargeback Policy

All chargebacks will result in an ban from our Website, Store, Discord Server, Game Servers and anything affiliated with Dauntless Gaming. Do not use the contact methods below to request for your chargeback ban to be revoked, if you are going to appeal go to the correct place on the forums and do so there - we will consider all appeals however there is no guarentee of it being granted. Any creation of alternate accounts to circumvent a said ban will be automatically banned and placed under the same Ban reason and will also make your initial Ban Unappealable. If you are not an individual who is the sole owner of your payment device ensure that all partners involved know of the purchase being made so that you as a member of our community do not get on one day and find that a chargeback has occurred due to your inability to communicate with the individual who's wealth you have spent with them unaware, thus meaning you will be banned. If you're under the age of 18 or are still dependent on your parents/legal guardians please gain permission from all of your parents/legal guardians and ensure they are aware and are understanding while of sound mind (not impaired by alcohol or other substances) of what you are buying/wish to purchase, if a chargeback occurs you will be banned.

10. Removal of Purchased Packages

All packages which include but are not limited to goods, items, ranks, and in-game currencies are virtual & non-refundable items. Your access may be removed to said packages at any time if banned or deemed breaking any server/community rules by any of our staff members, which includes but is not limited to any/all official rule documentation provided on Dauntless Gaming Website, Discord Server, Game Servers, or Google Documents Maintained by Dauntless Gaming and it's Staff or Former Staff.

Package Strikes/Package Removal, strikes may be issued for breaking rules or an all out package removal - this will include all packages you own.
